During the original lawsuit, my Drs office did not put the flyer up (to notify us of pending class action) until after the date to sign up had passed. However no one talked about the withdrawals. I ha.

My son has been on suboxone since age 21 and he lis 34 now and can't get off it. I was lied to about my first born child and how he would react to the Suboxone after birth. I too was put on subs for pain relieve and never had a drug problem.I tried several times to get off and failed.I am seeking legal council to not only sue the Dr but the Pharmaceutical company for being untruthful about its effects and worst ever withdrawals.Fortunately Iam financially set and will hire the very best legal representation in Boston.
